What we collect
When you apply for admission we collect your name, guardian names, date of birth, contact details, address and qualification. Students in the portal also have attendance, fee, exam and result records.
Why we collect it
To process your admission, run classes, record attendance and fees, conduct examinations, and issue results and certificates.
What we show publicly
The certificate verification and student verification pages show only a name, course, number, issue date, grade and status. Date of birth, address, phone number, email, fee records and marks are never shown publicly.
Who can see your data inside the institute
Access is limited by role. Teachers see attendance and academic records for their own batches. Fee and payment records are visible only to administrators. Students see only their own records.
Identity documents
The online admission form does not accept identity document uploads. If the office asks for documents during enrolment, ask how they will be kept and used.
Corrections and removal
To correct or remove your information, contact the office using the details on the contact page. We keep academic records where we are required to.
This page is a working draft. Review it against your own practice before publishing, and add contact details before a public launch.
